GoToMedVA PH was founded to solve one of the healthcare industry’s most pressing challenges: admin overload.

We help healthcare clinics streamline their operations by providing experienced Medical Virtual Assistants (MedVAs)—each with 2+ years of clinical support experience for U.S. practices. Unlike generic outsourcing firms, our focus is healthcare alone. We train and match MedVAs who are already familiar with your tools, systems, and workflows.

Our MedVAs support U.S. clinics daily—adapting quickly to tools like Spruce, Hint, Elation, Availity, OpenDental, Aesthetic Record, and more.
Every MedVA has at least 2 years of clinical virtual assistance experience and receives additional training from us to refine communication, task handling, and compliance.
All MedVAs are HIPAA-trained, work via secure VPN connections, and operate under our Thimble-backed cyber liability insurance. We also use 2FA, Clockify for time-tracking, and access restriction tools.
We don’t assign blindly. After understanding your tools, team structure, timezone, and workflows, we match you with 1–2 MedVAs to interview.
We stay in touch through check-ins, weekly summaries, and issue handling. You’re not left on your own.

Primary Care Clinics
MedVAs assist with eligibility verification, prior auths, chart prep, phone calls, and scheduling.
Direct Primary Care (DPC) Clinics
Inbox management (Spruce/Klara), member onboarding, Elation charting, Hint workflows, and renewals.
Specialty Clinics (e.g. Pain, Cardio, Ortho)
Referrals, LOMNs, procedure follow-ups, intake form prep, and clinical documentation.
Dental Clinics
Treatment plan reminders, recall scheduling, benefits checking, notes prep, and insurance coordination.
MedSpa Clinics
CRM cleanup, pre-treatment reminders, inventory tracking, and post-care follow-up calls.
MEET OUR FOUNDER
Kate Palagam
KATE PALAGAM, founder and CEO of GoToMedVA PH, brings over six years of firsthand experience supporting physicians and clinic owners across various healthcare settings. Through her work behind the scenes, she observed a growing pattern of admin burnout — doctors skipping breaks, drowning in paperwork, and struggling to find time for their patients and themselves. Motivated by this ongoing challenge, Kate established GoToMedVA PH with a clear mission: to help medical, dental, and medspa clinics regain their time, efficiency, and focus. Under her leadership, the agency has become known for pairing practices with highly trained, dependable Medical Virtual Assistants who serve as true extensions of the care team.

In addition to her background in operations and marketing, Kate has strengthened her expertise through certifications from Harvard, Johns Hopkins, and the University of Pennsylvania, focusing on healthcare systems, entrepreneurship, communication, and remote team leadership. This ongoing education reflects her commitment to offering thoughtful, professional, and informed support to every client.

Rhinna Jade Perez
MARKETING ASSISTANT
Rhinna Jade Perez serves as the Marketing Assistant at GoToMedVA PH, bringing creativity and strategy to every campaign. She plays a key role in promoting our services for both General and Direct Primary Care clinics through compelling content, targeted outreach, and consistent brand messaging. Her efforts help expand our reach, strengthen our presence, and connect more clinics with the reliable virtual support they need.

ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT
Jacquelyn Caraig keeps the daily operations of GoToMedVA PH running smoothly. As our Administrative Assistant, she is responsible for organizing medical virtual assistant resumes, managing essential files, and handling a variety of behind-the-scenes tasks that support the team’s efficiency. Her attention to detail and commitment to organization play a vital role in maintaining a streamlined workflow for our growing agency.
