The virtual assistant industry is full of platforms that treat placement like a transaction. A physician fills out a form, a contractor gets assigned, and everyone hopes for the best. We started Go To MedVA because that model is broken, and it's particularly broken for DPC physicians. Direct Primary Care practices run on trust, consistency, and high-touch patient relationships. We Require 2+ Years of U.S. Healthcare Experience

DPC-Specific Onboarding Before Day 1
Your selected MedVA completes our onboarding program before they touch your practice. We train them on your EHR, your workflows, your communication standards, and how DPC operations run day to day.

A Dedicated CSM After Placement
Placement isn't the end of our involvement. Your Customer Success Manager monitors performance, compiles weekly summaries, and steps in if anything needs to be addressed. You're never left managing the relationship alone.
