Free 15-Minutes Discovery Call
We start by understanding your practice — your patient panel size, the platforms you're on, and where admin work is costing you the most time. This isn't a sales call. It's a matching call. We want to know your practice well enough to put the right person in front of you.

You'll leave with a clear picture of who your MedVA would be and what they'd handle from Day 1.

DPC - Specific Matching
Using what we learn in your discovery call, we match you with a MedVA from our trained pool — someone who already has hands-on experience with your specific EHR platforms and has completed our DPC Pre-Placement Training Program.

We share their profile and training record before you commit to anything.

Agreement & HIPAA Onboarding
Once you approve the match, we execute the service agreement and a signed Business Associate Agreement ( BAA ). Your MedVA completes any remaining HIPAA compliance steps to your practice before their first day.

Practice- Ready Placement — Within 3 Business Days
Your MedVA starts. They already know your platforms. They already understand the DPC model. Your Customers Success Manager checks in during the first two weeks and stays available throughout the engagement.
